Hey there—I’m Keriann.

And like you, I give a damn about people’s health.

I became a certified health coach in 2018 through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. My mission was to empower people to take control of their health.

But I had no clue how to turn it into a profitable business.

So I did what most new coaches do—I started sharing my journey online, hoping my programs would find the right people.

But after a few years of writing blog posts, sending emails, and creating free Instagram content, I was getting nowhere fast (and secretly wanted to burn my health coaching business to the ground).

I realized if I wanted to actually make money doing what I loved, I needed more than a few helpful blog posts and a killer smoothie guide. (But seriously…ask me about my smoothie recipes.)

What I really needed was a repeatable strategy—one that helped me show up consistently, speak to the right people, and confidently sell my programs. 

So I got to work learning everything I could about content marketing, email copywriting, and telling stories that sell.

And somewhere along the way, something shifted…

My mission became less about selling my own health coaching programs—and more about helping other health coaches find the words, strategy, and confidence to share their story, too.

Here’s what you really need to know about me: 

  • I come from a family of musicians and started performing when I was 6 years old. I earned my bachelor's degree in Theater, where I learned the ins and outs of major copywriting skills like how to craft a good story and take on the character of someone else’s voice.

  • ☼ Scorpio sun: I’m a deep thinker who’s here to make an impact

     ☽ Virgo moon: Code for strategic, detail-oriented, and organized AF 

     ↑ Gemini rising: Communication and creativity are my superpower

  • When I’m not writing copy, you can probably find me outside! I love hiking, camping, and exploring new places. I even lived outside of Yellowstone National Park after college, and it completely changed my perspective on life.

  • I have a border collie named Maple and a cat named Luna.

    My favorite movie is Howl’s Moving Castle and my favorite book is A Court of Mist and Fury (yep…I’m a romantasy girl!) 

    My favorite module at IIN (health coaching school) was Ayurveda. I occasionally teach wellness classes in my local area, including seasonal workshops on the doshas.
